Mental Health Services

The Next Chapter provides individual therapy to assist with addressing the needs of those that are seeking change and understanding.  Groups develop and occur as the need arise.  Therapy groups develop and occur as the need arise.  They are generally closed and will have 3 to 6 participants.  If you are interested in attending a group with a specific topic, let us know!    

Individual Therapy

Many of the clients that come to The Next Chapter are in deep, emotional pain. At The Next Chapter, our clients will find a partner in their journey. We will be there for them as they embrace hope, a desire for change, and experience life as it was meant to be lived as their true selves. Coping with life on life's terms is not an easy feat and everyone needs support from time to time.  ​The Next Chapter provides practical help in dealing with life issues through individual, group and case management services.  The most common issues that we address include:

  • Abuse (emotional, financial, physical, sexual)

Skills Groups and Exploration

This group is available for members are interested in learning daily management skills to address executive functioning associated with ADHD.  This is an interactive group that requires a desire to build community with other adults who understand the challenges of ADHD.
