As a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC), I bring a wealth of experience in conducting assessments to gain insights into clients' unique emotional, social, and psychological needs. This allows me to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances and goals. Through a collaborative approach, I work closely with my clients to establish a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their concerns and work towards positive change.

I am Master certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which equips me with a powerful therapeutic tool to help individuals overcome traumatic experiences, substance abuse problems, anxiety, phobias, and other mental health challenges. ART enables rapid and lasting resolution of these difficulties by utilizing eye movements and other techniques to reprogram distressing memories and emotions.

At this practice I am primarily providing clients Accelerated Resolution Therapy to address specific problems. You may continue to work with your primary therapist if you would like to give ART a try. Those with therapist already are welcome to sign a release so we may collaborate and add this to your treatment plan. With ART I have seen positive changes in those who complete one or more sessions. If you can see in images, move your eyes, and want change you are an appropriate candidate for this type of therapy.
